Kamara Aseme, MD
Dr. Aseme completed her Geriatric training at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Prior to that she worked at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center as an Assistant Clinical Professor in the departments of Hospital Medicine and Primary care. There she worked for eight years to educate the residents during their medical training. Dr. Aseme is board eligible in both Internal Medicine and Geriatric Medicine.
Just prior to medical school, Dr Aseme did volunteer work for Hope Restoration Ministries. There she helped render primary health care services such as health education, blood pressure checks, and diabetes screening to members of underserved populations in Northern Nigeria. She also provided wound care to burn and accident victims in some of the local villages in Nigeria.

​​Paul Cavaluzzi, DO, CMD
Dr. Cavaluzzi completed his Geriatric training at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Prior to completing his fellowship, Dr Cavaluzzi worked as a hospitalist for 8 years. All together, Dr. Cavaluzzi has been caring for the elderly population for 20 years. Dr. Cavaluzzi is also an Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine where he is involved in medical education of residents and fellows. In addition, Dr. Cavaluzzi is a certified medical director in a skilled nursing facility and also has been a guest speaker/panelist at various events such as the Alzheimer's Association Regional Meeting of the Minds. Dr. Cavaluzzi is board certified in both Family Medicine and Geriatric Medicine.

Dr. Sharon Bronner, DNP
Dr Bronner is a geriatric certified nurse practitioner with 24 years of experience. Dr. Bronner also holds certification in Hospice/Palliative Care and performs palliative care consults at a local hospital. Dr. Bronner completed her geriatric training at Hunter College and earned her Doctorate of Nursing Practice at Brandman University. She has experience caring for seniors in the home, hospital and skilled nursing facility settings.

Christine Breda, BS, MS
Chris has been a valued and trusted member of the Geriatric Medical Associates team since 2018. She serves a vital role as our practice administrator as well as providing patients and their families with care and support. Prior to joining Geriatric Medical Associates Chris spent 24 years working for a large pharmaceutical company working across 11 different disease states including cardiovascular disease, infectious disease and immunology. A lifelong dedication to medicine and a passion for serving patients allows Chris to utilize her breath of experience in a way that truly makes a difference each day.
