Services Provided

The practice provides home and assisted living visits throughout Westchester and Rockland Counties. We can function as your PCP or perform a comprehensive geriatric consultation.  A Geriatric consultation consists of the following:

•  Fall risk assessment:  Are there any conditions you have that might increase your risk of falls?

• Medication evaluation:  Are you taking medications found to be dangerous in the senior population? 

• Cognitive Testing: If you or a loved one are having trouble with memory and are concerned about the possibility of dementia, we can administer screening tests and make further recommendations to help guide your diagnosis. 

• Help guide decisions about hospice or palliative care
